Principal Purpose of Job:
The Lead Service Provider is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of Devil’s Thumb Ranch. Lead Service Provider will be responsible for back of house operations of Ranch Creek Spa (RCS). This role is a key position and a direct supporter of the Spa Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Support Ranch Creek Spa Management through daily supervision of Back of House operations
  • Oversee and help maintain dispensaries
    • Cleanliness and product availability
    • Refilling/restocking product
    • Assisting with maintaining the BOH boards
  • Oversee and help maintain linen room          
    • Cleanliness and product availability
    • Organizing & putting away new arrivals
    • Pulling and sorting bad linens
  • Maintain treatment rooms
    • Cleanliness
    • room inventory
    • room supplies
    • monitoring & following the quality of linens, table, product, and furniture in the treatment room
  • Provide daily support to service provider staff & front of house
  • Help instill and support new changes and a positive work environment
  • Training
    • Support spa supervisor with organizing trainings
    • Train new & current service providers
    • Perform trainings and over see assigned trainings
    • Participate in training practices & sign offs
  • Address or inform management of issues, or needs of staff, this includes but is not limited to;
    • Staff issues or needs
    • Product needs
    • Treatment room needs
    • Guest issues or needs
  • Assist Spa supervisors to maintain & perform the monthly spa pro inventory
  • Attend & participate in daily and monthly meetings
  • Attend training as specified by Human Resources and/or the Spa Director/Manager
  • Adhere to Secret Shopper Standards
  • Provide support and training to other staff in regard to Secret Shopper Standards
  • Lead Service Provider will also provide services such as massage and body treatments or facials to guests. This includes walk-in appointments and treatments that require last minute schedule adjustments.
  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell spa retail products
  • Answer questions about general property information and amenities.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, and schedule self to accommodate projects & responsibilities, schedule may include weekends, nights and Holidays, hours vary depending upon demand and projects.

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
The employee is not limited to the above responsibilities and may be required to perform other duties throughout the property.

Physical Demands:
  • Able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours at time.
  • Lifting up to 25lbs is required.
  • Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist or Esthetician
  • Colorado Massage License
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have a current driver’s license and clean driving record
